Equipment Introduction:
QM220ZYC automatic permanent magnet iron remover is a new type of automatic iron remover independently developed by our company according to the market and user requirements, combined with the experience of similar products at home and abroad. it is a magnetic separator specially designed for continuous work production line and can continuously and automatically remove iron. The iron remover is suitable for powdery granular materials, with iron removal, automatic discharge and other functions, all actions are controlled by a microcomputer (PLC), is a very cost-effective products.
The materials of this machine are fed from top to bottom and moved by its own weight and pneumatic vibrator. When sliding the sleeve through the grid-type magnetic bar, the ferromagnetic powder and its oxides in the materials will be adsorbed on the sleeve and brought to the iron discharge box by the sliding sleeve for iron discharge. The machine has good performance, stable work, easy operation, beautiful appearance and so on.
Working principle and technical parameters:
The moving speed of the sliding sleeve of the machine can be adjusted. According to different materials and the amount of magnetic impurities during the use of the user, the iron removal effect and output of the iron remover can reach the best value.
The iron remover has the functions of automatic discharge and iron discharge, and both discharge and iron discharge work independently.

Equipment commissioning:
Before debugging the iron remover, check whether the parts are connected reliably, whether the inlet and outlet are unobstructed, and whether the power distribution cabinet is installed in a ventilated and dry place. Connect the AC 220V power supply to the power supply terminal on the power distribution cabinet, check whether all wires are firmly connected, and check whether the equipment is well grounded (the equipment must be reliably grounded, and the equipment body may be charged due to induction, which is prone to accidents). Connect the compressed air source of no less than 0.8MPa to the pressure reducing valve of the equipment, and adjust the pressure of the pressure reducing valve at about 0.6MPa. After all parts are confirmed to be correct, power on for debugging, turn on the power supply, close the air switch in the electrical cabinet, and check whether the power indicator on the control cabinet panel is normal. If everything meets the requirements, press the "Start" button.

1. The user shall not modify the parameters in the instrument without authorization, and must be authorized by the manufacturer before modification,
2. The user is not allowed to dismantle and change the magnetic rod sleeve parts without authorization. If it is necessary to dismantle and change, it must be authorized by the manufacturer. Otherwise, the consequences of injury will be borne by the manufacturer and will not be covered by the warranty.
