Description:

As a new type of automatic separator independently developed by our company based on market and user requirements and combined with the experience of similar products at home and abroad, QM220ZYC automatic permanent magnet separator is specially designed for continuous working production line and can continuously and automatically remove iron. This iron separator is suitable for powdered granular materials with functions of iron removal and automatic iron discharge etc. In addition, all operations are controlled by microcomputer (PLC). In a word, this separator is a very cost-effective product.

The material of this machine is fed from top to bottom and moves by its own weight and pneumatic vibrator. When it passes through the sliding sleeve of the grating type magnetic bar, the ferromagnetic powder and its oxide in the material are adsorbed on the sleeve and brought to the iron discharge box by the sliding sleeve to separate the iron. The machine is characterized with sound performance, stable function, easy operation and beautiful appearance.

Working principle and technical parameters:

The moving speed of machine sliding sleeve is adjustable, allowing the iron removal effect and output to achieve the best value based on different materials, amount of magnetic impurities.

The iron separator has automatic discharge and iron discharge function, which are operated independently.

Commissioning:
Before commissioning the iron separator, check whether the parts are connected reliably, whether the inlet and outlet are clear, and whether the distribution cabinet is installed in a ventilated and dry place. In addition, connect the AC 220V power supply to the power terminals on the distribution cabinet, check if all the connecting wires are firmly connected, and check if the equipment is well grounded (the equipment must be reliably grounded, accidents may easily occur if equipment body may be charged due to induction). Connect a compressed air source of not less than 0.8MPa to the equipment's pressure reducing valve, and adjust the pressure reducing valve to about 0.6MPa. After all parts are confirmed correct, turn on the power, engage the air switch in the electrical cabinet, check whether the power indicator in the control cabinet panel is normal, press the "Start" button if everything is in line with the requirements.

Special notes:
1.The user must not modify the parameters in the instrument without authorization from the manufacturer.
2.Users are prohibited to dismantle the magnetic bar sleeve parts without permission, if dismantle is unavoidable, it is subject to the authorization of manufacturer. Otherwise, user is responsible for the consequences of the injury and the machine is covered by the warranty.
