Scope of Application
The QM160TS electromagnetic iron remover is a new type of fully automatic iron remover independently developed by our company based on user requirements and advanced domestic and foreign experiences. This iron remover integrates functions such as iron removal, slurry return, automatic cleaning, and drying. All actions are controlled by a microcomputer, making it a highly cost-effective product.
This machine is supplied with a DC excitation power source by a dedicated silicon rectifier control box. After being powered on, the magnetic medium is magnetized. Materials enter the magnetic medium from bottom to top. When passing through the magnetic medium, iron and other metal powders and their oxides in the materials will be adsorbed on the magnetic medium. This machine has good performance, with a magnetic induction intensity in the working cavity exceeding 2.8T. It operates stably, is easy to operate and has an attractive appearance.
